We had a wonderful stay at this family-run hotel. The 6-course evening meals were a culinary delight, and the buffet breakfast provided a great start to our day. Our superior room was spacious and clean, with a balcony offering breathtaking mountain views. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was convenient for skiing, with ski lockers and easy access to the main lift. We also appreciated the seamless transportation from the bus station. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value, fantastic food, and warm hospitality.

The room was very well designed and laid out. The staff were great som even though the hotel is at the wrong end of town for the ski lifts, they happily ran us there in the electric buggy and picked us up in the evening, They all spoke excellent English

I had an amazing time at this hotel. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, easily catering to my allergy-related requests and allowing for a late checkout. The hotel's facilities, including a secure ski locker room and discounted vouchers for a nearby ski shop, made my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the complimentary afternoon cakes and Swiss chocolates in my room were a nice touch.
Nothing to be said.

The staff was fantastic - very friendly and responsive. The room was large and comfortable. The dinners were quite good too. Over all a really nice stay and we will definitely return (we've already scheduled a return visit.)
Nothing. All good.

What an amazing place to stay! the staff were incredible, always friendly and helpful. the room was cozy and had a great view of the mountains. the breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of options. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and ski lifts. the free transport offered by the hotel was a nice touch. the heated ski and boot room was convenient and made getting ready to hit the slopes a breeze.
That the lounge lacked a fireplace, but that didn't dampen our experience. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and hospitable stay in the mountains.

Amazing mountain views from the room's balcony, delicious breakfast and dinner choices with plenty of vegetarian options. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the village centre and cable cars. We loved the guided hikes and walks provided by the hotel staff.
The room was a bit noisy due to the proximity to the road, but it didn't bother us that much. The bathroom was a bit outdated, but still functional.

Our advice: There are classic rooms and modern rooms, ask for the style you prefer. 5-dishes menu was good. Jacuzzi was nice. Service was very professional.
Classic rooms need renovation. If your priority is skying, get a hotel closer to the facilities.

Quite, comfortable, clean
hotel employees are mostly foreigners, which was unusual for a swiss family. during 3 days we couldn't get from the first time 'ovomaltine' at breakfast, we always have got a hot chocolate. children were surprised about the absent of a single swiss-german speaking waiter : )

I am delighted to write about my experience at this hotel. It is situated in a serene part of town within a reasonable distance from the major sights in the location. the room I stayed in was tastefully furnished, spotless with lots of storage cabinets to keep your things. the bathroom was spacious and beautifully designed with fittings of high quality. I enjoyed the large balcony with stunning views of the town. the staff were very welcoming and friendly, considering my dietary needs. the food was excellent and the restaurant service was outstanding.
The internet connection could have been better.

The room was very comfortable and spacious with a modern bathroom and a lovely deep, shaped bath. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the parking area as well as the main commercial street. The restaurant was closed during our stay but we had very friendly service for breakfast. The atmosphere in the restaurant seemed very cosy which is perfect for a cold winter's day.
Our room was very close to the main street and therefore we could hear some of the Friday night revellers returning home. But that of course is not the hotel's fault.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
